›   ›  The competition to build the road «Lvov-Krakovets» has not produced results.

Long - term project, which the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine had intended to provide to the foreign investors, has not produced satisfactory results. None of the contestants fail to provide construction works. We remind that the responsible authorities organized among foreign companies the competition on the right of building the road «Lvov-Krakovets».

Construction and maintenance should be carried out by all the rules, to ensure their maximum efficiency and safety for road users. This also applies to road signs in Ukraine, to the necessary attributes for traffic systematization. Now, in connection with active conversion of road facilities throughout Ukraine, the company «Znaki UA» offers a variety of services related to the arrangement of transport infrastructure. We manufacture traffic lights and install automatic safety barriers, etc.

Unfortunately, the commission of Ukravtodor that was authorized to consider the candidates for the construction of this road, had to note that any of the applicants did not correspond to the scope of the project and would not be able to fully fund this construction. And Ukrainian consortium «Concession highways», and the french Bouygues Travaux did not meet all the requirements of the competition.

Most of the companies that are interested in the project,  did not apply for  participation in the competition,  want either to postpone competition to 2016, or to delay its implementation until the stabilization of the economic situation in the country. In addition, many applicants are not sure of the result, and offer the option of return of investment in case of failure.

Now authorized agencies are preparing for renegotiation of the conditions,  which would arrange both the Ukrainian authorities and potential investors.
